Men, what you eat can influence your sex drive, stamina, hardness, how many times you can get it up and cum, and the volume and taste of your semen.
What foods increase sexual strength so that you can be a total sex machine?
I always have two kinds of answers to that kind of question:
First, whatever will improve your health in general at this moment supports any particular issue like sexual strength. A high sex drive is your body telling you that you are strong and fit to breed.
What you most need is whatever you are missing the most: could be meat, could be vegetable juice, could be natural salt or magnesium, could be fat. When you get what you are missing your overall strength increases.
For some people the first step is just eliminating the bad stuff, junk food, sugar, foods cooked in vegetable oils with trans fats: corn, canola, etc., fats banned in restaurants by the mayor of New York City!
Second, healthy foods that most directly support a strong sex drive are meat and animal fat.
Animal fat has cholesterol which is not the bad guy it was made out to me. There is plenty of info on this on the web, the Weston A Price Foundation has good articles on this.
Cholesterol is necessary to build hormones, cell membranes, and our brain, which is made of large amounts of cholesterol. Fatty meats, eggs, and raw dairy are good sources of cholesterol.
I say RAW (unheated) dairy because pasteurized dairy is heated and heat destroys nutrients and makes you more likely to be allergic to dairy. Most dairy allergy stems from a problem digesting dairy because the enzymes in dairy that help you digest it are destroyed by heat—that is one reason for dairy allergies. Raw dairy is only legal in some states in the USA, while in France you can get raw milk from vending machines instead of junk food sodas.
If you are already eating a lot of meat and feeling heavier than horny after a meal, it may be overcooked, destroying the enzymes helpful in digesting it. The most energizing way to eat meats is raw. Most American’s freak-out when they hear that, but people from other countries have famous meat dishes: sashimi, steak tar tar, Carpaccio. It is a myth that the bacteria on raw meat are dangerous, but the bacteria on cooked food that has spoiled can definitely be a problem leading to food poisoning. I’ve been eating raw meat for 18 years and never had a problem, in fact, my health improved a lot.
To create lots of energy, even aggressive energy, try eating red meat raw, especially raw beef and see how you feel. Buffalo is even better since it was not domesticated and weakened. You don’t mess with a buffalo, they kill people who get too close.
As with all things, it is a matter of balance. If you are already too acid from eating mostly meat and grains or junk food, then more acid food like beef or chicken will not help. If you are balanced with eating alkaline foods like vegetables, fruit, and fish, then you can build energy with highly acid nutritious acidic food like beef.
If you are taking meds, your semen probably tastes crappy. You ever go down on a woman and it’s bad? When I ask, the woman is often on meds. I have had lots of compliments on the taste of my semen since eating mostly organic semen producing foods. Keep junk out of your spunk.
Nutrition has many details and nuances. Much of the information is wrong and the best is often hard to find. That’s why I’m a coach, because sometimes it’s hard to figure it out on your own.
