Can you feel your hips?
Can you feel the big and the small muscles inside?
The second energy center in our body is the hip area (back and front, genitalia, and lower abdomen). This is our area of emotions and sexuality. If you look at women or men who are open sexually and have a positive and happy attitude towards sex and life in general, they have very free movement in their hips.
If you see a woman swinging her hips confidently and sensually, there is a good probability that achieving orgasms is not a problem for her. Having this area opened, opens your capability to feel emotions and enjoy sex and life in general. On the other hand, being stuck in this area can even lead to premature ejaculating and erection problems, or for women, dryness and not being able to achieve orgasms.
Being head heavy and sitting most of the day can make your hips locked. So can your negative beliefs about your emotions and sexuality. So lets open them! In this week’s video I am introducing two different ways of opening your hip area. The first one is easier to do but the second one is in my opinion more effective.
Before going in to the actual exercise, I am talking about some cautions when doing these poses. I wanted to also talk about the dark side of yoga.
Even yoga can be used as a self avoidance tactic. Doing yoga will help you to achieve whatever you want to achieve, and give you power and confidence. However, yoga will not go to talk to that pretty girl for you, nor it will start your first business and make that sales call. Keep that in mind and practice safely.
