Feeling nervous and overthinking? Lack of confidence or feeling ungrounded? Always tired or too hyperactive?
We live through our lives looking at different screens.
Computer screens, TV screens, smart phone screens, and so we become ungrounded in our body. We get withdrawn into our heads, being all analytic and worrying about past and future.
We also go through traumatic experiences and are many times unable to cope with them. This results in us storing different ”negative” emotions inside deep inside our physical body. Because of these, and bad lifestyle choices, we practically live more or less in our heads and in our thoughts. At the same time our body screams for our attention. The imbalances in our posture and all the blocked emotions inside us block the free and balanced flow of energy. We want to be connected to our body where most of good stuff happens. Like all those tingly funny feelings when you are around a lovely woman.
My name is Pekka and I am here to teach you methods which have been a huge help for me in balancing my body and deepening my mind-body connection. I am your average guy who has been successfully tackling issues like addictions, having difficulties to enjoy sex, living constantly in my head, low energy levels and bad posture. So I want to share some of these methods with you. I’ve been excercising and studying yoga and other methods for almost five years now. On top of that I’ve been meditating for about 7 years.
In no way am I ready.
Getting know to yourself, your mind and your body, is a lifetime journey. Yoga, meditation, chi qong, tantra etc. are journeys within yourself, where being conscious about what is happening inside us, is more important than nailing poses perfectly, or always changing and trying a new style of practise.
Being grounded, in your body, allows you to not take everything too seriously. Body doesn’t know past or future, it’s just chilling comfortably in the present until we start to bombard it with anxious thoughts. What kind of effect does this have with women? The more you get in to your body, the more all the exciting (sometimes even scary) feelings will pass through you as they would before, but they don’t push you off your center.
You stay grounded in her presence, being able to experience the dynamic between you two.
By practicing yoga you will be more relaxed around women, you automatically begin to move slower, your voice gets lower, you are more connected to your penis, etc. The sensations and feelings in bed get stronger but at the same time you will be more able to control them.
I will go through 10 different excercises in this free course. All these excercises have the same important principle: stay present in them. Different poses will stimulate different areas and the idea is to become conscious of this stimulation. If you haven’t been stretching or meditating, it can be a bit difficult to stay concentrated on the effects in the beginning. Soon by time you will become more stretchy and it is easier to concentrate. In no way are the excercises difficult. We will go through very basic poses (asanas) which are easy to do regardless of your age and stretchiness. I picked the poses which are highly effective, yet simple to do.
The goal is that after this course, you have an easy yoga program (spiced up with some chi qong) which balances your main energetic centers in your body. You should go through this program preferably at least twice a week. Have fun while getting stretchy and grounded. Allow the benefits integrate gradually and be gentle with yourself. Watch my first video below, where I go through the basic idea behind yoga and similar exercises. This course is very action based and every video has an exercise inside. Next time I will show you an easy but super effective asana which will help you to become more relaxed and grounded.
