Unconditional love? Now thats a fluffy hippie concept, isn't it?
Love is actions, it is feelings, words, and it is a way of living. It is many things and it can be confused with different types of needy behaviours. Love is about giving and not expecting something in return. It is about acceptance and compassion. Love is about doing this kick-ass yoga pose I am going to show you :-)
Maybe you are like me and sometimes it is easy to be accepting towards others, happy in a peaceful way, and feel like everything is, has, and will be ok.. and sometimes it is so friggin hard! By doing this pose you can tap in to that way of being and by practicing it constantly, it will become a part of you.
I will show you a pose, asana, which is quite simple but super effective in opening your heart area. Do this at least 2-3min at a time, at least twice a week as a part of yoga session or preferably more.
